Electric strictly prohibits any conduct which constitutes
sexual, racial, religious, age, or ethnic harassment or discrimination
of any of our employees.
Appropriate disciplinary actions are taken for any employee
guilty of committing such conduct up to an including dismissal.
The purpose of this policy is to assure that all employees
know that they can work with dignity and are not required
to endure insulting or degrading treatment from supervisors,
fellow workers, or other such as vendors and visitors.
Any employee who feels that s/he has been subjected to sexual
or other harassment is requested to immediately report the
incident to his or her supervisor, or the corporate office.
The supervisor, or other person handling the complaint, will
promptly and thoroughly investigate all harassment complaints.
To the greatest extent possible, complaints will be processed
in a manner which protects the person(s) making the complaint,
and confidentiality will be maintained. If it is discovered
that an employee has violated this harassment policy, corrective
measures which reflect the severity of the conduct, up to
and including termination. |
